Multiple-Night Stays
Book online or call 434-823-5202. All cottage stay pricing includes up to four guests. Discounts available for reservations of three or more days. When booking online, choose Multiple Day Discounts Packages option.

Weekends and Holidays
Friday and Saturday nights require a two-night minimum reservation. Sunday is available for one night stays. For the high season holidays of Easter, July 4 th, Thanksgiving and Christmas a three-night minimum reservation is required.
Pets
Choose “Pet Fee” from the “Additional Items Menu” if you plan on bringing your furry friend. $40.00 for the first pet. $20.00 for the second pet. Beauchamp House allows only one pet for $80.00.
Multiple Cottage Reservations
To book multiple reservations online, enter your check-in and -out dates. Then, enter the total number of cottages (“Rooms”) for your party. Select cottages, one at a time, until the total desired number of cottages are selected. Call to book four or more cottages under one name and one responsible payee and receive an 8% group discount.
Beauchamp House/Event Reservations
Events held at Beauchamp House over the amount of eight guests require special permissions and additional fees. Please call us to inquire for fees. No late-evening group events are available for the Beauchamp House.
