SUP PADDBLEBOARD YOGA CLASS OFFERED AT MONTFAIR!

SUP Paddleboard Yoga every Wednesday now through October 12, 2016 at Monfair Resort Farm with Mango Yoga Adventures!

Class size is limited to 7 boards unless people choose the BYOB (bring your own board rate option). Pre-registration is absolutely required as space is limited. Sign-ups are through the schedule on the www.mangoyogaadventures.com website. Must sign up 12 hrs before class. Cost is $35/person which includes board rental. People must be able to swim and have some yoga experience. With cancellations due to weather, I will contact people the morning of class. They will receive a detailed confirmation including directions, what to wear, bring, etc when they sign. Folks can give Catherine a call at 434-960-0681 if they have questions.
