Montfair Special Event Packages
Montfair Holiday Party Rate — Now through February 28, 2026
Host your holiday celebration at Montfair Resort Farm! The Montfair Event Lodge is available Sunday through Thursday, from November 2025 through February 28, 2026. The rate is $134 per hour with a three-hour minimum and accommodates up to 100 guests. Your rental includes a crackling fire in the large, cozy fireplace, use of the catering kitchen, Wi-Fi, white string lights, and a heated space. For an added touch, you can include a lakefront bonfire for an additional charge.
Transportation Discounts
Easy Rider Bus Service
- $550 for a 4-hour block (52-passenger bus)
- $100 per additional hour
- Includes gratuity and fees
- Each bus is Bluetooth-equipped, so your group can be the DJ on the way!
Crozet Trolley
- Two shuttles available (18 seats each)
- $400 per shuttle for a 4-hour block
- $99 per additional hour
- Bluetooth sound system keeps the fun going while you travel together

We can easily host your family reunion or corporate retreat Sunday through Thursday, when we offer greater availability and flexibility. If you’re interested in a full week or weekend dates, please contact us directly, as weekends often book well in advance for weddings.
Weekday Event Specials at Montfair
Weekday Small Meeting Package for Non-Profits with 20 or less participants: $375.00 plus tax
Hold your organization’s next meeting at Montfair’s Event Lodge. Package includes Lodge access from 8am-4pm, tables and chairs, A/V equipment, catering kitchen, picnic tables on tented decks and a wood-burning fireplace. Canoes, bikes and nature trails are available for group use. (Rate not applicable for Holidays) For Groups of 20 or more please see our affordable Weekday Event Rates.
