Family Reunion & Group Stay Packages
We can easily host your family reunion or corporate retreat Sunday through Thursday, when we offer greater availability and flexibility. If you’re interested in a full week or weekend dates, please contact us directly, as weekends often book well in advance for weddings.
Winter Weddings
Winter weddings are available from December 1 through January 20 and always include a 20% discount on venue rental pricing as part of our standard off-peak wedding season. This is an ongoing seasonal rate, not a limited-time promotion. Because winter weddings are different from weddings held during the rest of the year, there are a few important planning considerations to keep in mind.
Winter Wedding Guidelines
- Available December 1–January 20
- 20% off venue rental pricing during the entire winter wedding season
- Maximum guest count of 120 guests
- No tent will be installed on the deck
- Designed for smaller, more intimate celebrations
Weekday Event Specials at Montfair
Weekday Small Meeting Package for Non-Profits with 20 or less participants: $375.00 plus tax
Hold your organization’s next meeting at Montfair’s Event Lodge. Package includes Lodge access from 8am-4pm, tables and chairs, A/V equipment, catering kitchen, picnic tables on tented decks and a wood-burning fireplace. Canoes, bikes and nature trails are available for group use. (Rate not applicable for Holidays) For Groups of 20 or more please see our affordable Weekday Event Rates.
