Free Tuesday Nature Journal Day

Bring along your sketchbook, paints, or camera and spend the day nature journaling, drawing, or plein air painting! Stop by the main office anytime between 9 AM and 4 PM to sign a quick liability release and pick up a trail map before heading out.

You’ll have 120 acres and 1.5 miles of woodland trails to explore, filled with native plants, trees, natural wetlands, and even a beaver lodge. Please keep in mind: life vests are required for everyone while canoeing, and children under 18 must be with an adult. Be sure to follow posted canoe area rules, practice “leave no trace,” and show respect for wildlife along the way.
