Montfair Resort Farm is a charming, one of a kind venue- the perfect choice for your special event. The climate-controlled Event Lodge is a spacious reception hall with a self catering kitchen, large fireplace and wrap around decks. With panoramic views and fresh mountain air, outdoor activities and yard games, Montfair delivers a relaxing environment for groups large or small. Our flexible venue space is the ideal setting for social events, small meetings, family reunions, company picnics, BBQ’s, celebrations of life, workshops, and retreats.

The tented, wrap-around deck provides your guests with a stunning view of the spring-fed lake and is an ideal spot for cocktails and dancing or activities like yoga and team-building. On-site accommodations for up to 54 guests in our guest house and 9 cottages are also available for multi-day events.

Special Montfair Holiday Party Rate — Now through February 28, 2026

wedding event in a cozy lodge Host your holiday celebration at Montfair Resort Farm! The Montfair Event Lodge is available Sunday through Thursday, from November 2025 through February 28, 2026. The rate is $134 per hour with a three-hour minimum and accommodates up to 100 guests. Your rental includes a crackling fire in the large, cozy fireplace, use of the catering kitchen, Wi-Fi, white string lights, and a heated space. For an added touch, you can include a lakefront bonfire for an additional charge.
